DragKing's first appearance on WHPK's Pure Hype. A loose, noisy, jammy affair with Ted's samples saturating the mix. Beautiful, horrible noise. Stel and Sluggo of DragKing actually started the Pure Hype show while they were students at the University of Chicago. Recently a compilation CD, called 100 Watts, of bands playing the show during the past few years was released.
